Ecologically safe ceramic insulation blankets are functionalized using a proprietary process, which enhances thermal insulation by a factor of 2-3.Nanoxer is has developed the most cost-performing flexible sheet insulating material between 150°C and 1000°C, with unique low conductivity and high stability as required at high temperature (t above 500°C) applications.
Other advantages are:

Nanoxer Lead Users’ Applications:
Nanoxer is a veritable technology platform with several future applications.Our initial Lead Users are motivated by:
- considerable energy savings can be obtained reducing thermal dispersion in high temperature processes such as industrial power processes, piping and equipment, commercial boilers, exhausts, furnaces and incinerators
- significant “value in use” by reducing weight, size, installation time and costs. For example, in the naval industry the substitution of currently utilized heavy mineral wool would make it possible to build safer, larger ships.
- improve process control and efficiency at power generation plants, saving energy as power output varies dynamically
- improve fire-resistance of insulation meeting new norms for energy efficient buildings.
